We've been working hard these past few months creating and testing new features for Precise Petcare. Today we have Tags, Client/Invoice Discounts and Report Charts. We hope that they make the system easier and more fun to use!
Tags
As you can probably tell by the look of the system, we're big on visuals. In the past we've added icons to help designate certain attributes of a visit. Now you will have the ability to add these visual cues yourself. Not only that, but you can apply them to ANY Client, Pet or individual Visit.
Choose from any of the 100+ icons that we've supplied. The possible meanings for some will be obvious, while others you can use for whatever you want. Here are some examples:

: First and last visit in a client request
: Pet has medical needs
: Client has a security camera
Client/Invoice Discounts
Discounts can now be added for clients. These discounts are applied at the invoice level, allowing the system to calculate and show the amount of money discounted on the client invoice.
Report Charts
You can now create charts from the Billing > Reports page. All you need to do is set Report Type as "Chart" and then select a type of chart, which can be either Column, Line, Area, or Pie.
