We all need to do lists to keep organized! Our To Do List allows you to schedule and assign custom tasks that will appear in the notifications of the individual(s) which they are assigned to. Task Type options are available to create a single task for a group of users or for an individual so you can easily setup tasks in the way that best suits your business.
Managing client keys can be a stressful part of your pet care management. Using our Key List and Drop-Off/Pickup Schedule you will always know where each key is. Whether you setup the system to require users to request keys when needed, or you enable it so certain sitters have the ability to pickup and return keys without request approval, each key's location is recorded every step of the way.
The quality of your company is directly dependent on the quality of your sitters, so it's important that you have an easy way to review their activity. The Sitter Reliability report gives you a detailed breakdown of whether your sitters are arriving on time and staying for the expected amount of time. Good Arrival/Length is shown in green, while Bad Arrival/Length is shown in red.

I love the ability to tailor the software to fit my needs. Many other companies are too cookie cutter. These guys really know that pet sitting companies are unique & we all have different preferences & needs. My clients love the GPS check in/ checkout & pet journal features. Its quick & easy for me to use, but it adds so much value to my pet sitting services. I also love that PayPal is connected to my invoices which makes client payments a breeze! Another nice feature are the how-to articles & manual. If you have issues finding the answer in those I have always received a response from Precise Pet Care within 24 hours with the answers I need.
